Are you a current or former business owner? 

Can you commit an hour per month to a mentee?

Walker’s Legacy Foundation is looking for mentors to work with aspiring women entrepreneurs in the Rochester Women Who Enterprise cohort. Could that be you?

WOMEN WHO ENTERPRISE MENTOR CRITERIA

  • Must be an entrepreneur or former business owner

  • Must be able to commit 1-2 hours per month 

  • Willing to communicate with mentees via phone or Zoom (in-person is optional)

Expectations:

  • Must be able to commit 1-2 hours per month

  • Encourage personal and professional growth.

  • Provide networking opportunities for your mentee

  • Connect mentee to community resources, business councils, etc.

  • Willing to communicate with mentees via phone or Zoom (in-person is optional)

  • Share personal experiences

  • Offer constructive feedback

  • Offer business leads
